- Job Objectives / Job Purpose
- Supports Safe Recruits' business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective employer partners, initiating strategic business conversations, and securing meetings to develop new client relationships. The role ensures the consistent execution of employer outreach activities, effective management of prospective client records, and coordination of business development initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Job responsibilitiess
- 1. Product Training & Familiarity (Week 1) Within the first week, the associate must achieve full understanding of Safe Recruits services, use cases, and employer assessment process, and be able to explain them clearly in live conversations. 2. Pipeline Development & Outreach Execution Identify and contact target organisations to initiate business conversations. Execute outreach messages, follow-ups, and track responses from potential employer partners. 3. Prospect & Market Intelligence Maintain an organised database of target companies, decision-makers, and hiring activity relevant to Safe Recruits. Map organisations running graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes. 4. Client-facing Materials Development Prepare and maintain one-pagers, pitch decks, and service summaries used in meetings, demos, and proposals. Update materials as needed for specific opportunities. 5. Deal Coordination Support Support in the preparing of research, briefing notes, scheduling meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed to progress deals efficiently.
- Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a related field. Experience conducting employer outreach and engaging prospective clients. Experience maintaining databases, or tracking business pipelines. Experience preparing business documents such as proposals, one-pagers, presentations, or pitch decks. Experience supporting meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities. Experience researching companies, markets, and decision-makers is an added advantage.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field Relevant certifications or practical experience are an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.

Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital communication platforms.
