- Job Objectives / Job Purpose
- Safe Recruits is looking for a highly organized and analytical Business Associate to work directly with the CEO in driving business execution across the company. This is not an administrative assistant role. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, review business deliverables, conduct research, and ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned on company priorities. - Job responsibilitiess
- Coordinate strategic projects across departments. Track Safe Recruits initiatives and ensure timely execution. Review and develop reports, presentations, proposals, and other business documents before the CEO's review. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research. Prepare executive summaries and business recommendations. Monitor project milestones and follow up on action items. Identify execution risks and recommend practical solutions. Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, research, and documentation.
- Experience Required
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, strategy, project management, consulting, business development, operations, or a similar business-focused role. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience conducting business, market, or competitor research and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, proposals, or business documentation. Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior leaders or decision-makers is an advantage. Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, research, or business workflows is preferred. Previous experience in a startup, consulting firm, or other fast-paced environment is an added advantage.

- Qualification Required
- Bachelor's Degree or HND. Experience in a startup, consulting, technology, or fast-paced business environment. Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, or board-level documentation.
- Knowledge and Skills requirement
- Strong understanding of business operations, project coordination, and strategic execution. Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and presentation development. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships. High attention to detail with the ability to review, evaluate, and improve business deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
